Another new year in the life of a Plant Hire Company and things aren’t slowing down! In fact, they’re getting busier and busier, so we need more people….
Due to continued expansion, we are looking to add the following roles to our hardworking team:-
- Hire Desk Controller
- Service Desk Administrator
- Mobile Plant Engineer
Hire Desk Controller
The additional Hire Desk Controller will join an existing Hire Department that manages a fleet of over 150 items of heavy plant equipment. Working on high-profile projects like HS2, there is an abundance of work involved in delivering a high-quality service to our valued customers. Machines are hired out across the UK and no two days are ever the same. If you’re looking for a varied job in an exciting industry, then get in touch.
Service Desk Administrator
Machines need regular servicing and occasionally they breakdown or get damaged. We’d rather they didn’t, but they do, and we need a Service Department to manage this side of the business. We have Service/ Plant Managers in place, and they need someone to manage the administration side of things. If you’re organised, have a good ability to deal with ever changing situations and can get on with people - this could be the role for you.
Mobile Plant Engineer
We typically buy machines from new and work with the manufacturers service teams to deal with breakdowns/ warranty issues. However, there is an ever-growing volume of work to manage inhouse and we need Mobile Plant Engineers to attend machines on site, diagnose faults and repair them to a high standard. You’ll need to be flexible to respond to the demands of the business, but this is a fulfilling role where you can make very good money. Fancy working for us as an engineer? Then get in touch.
